Change your Life – Practice Yoga.  Start today.

Each class has a description, benefits section and recommend weekly practice interval.  Yoga has a cumulative result in body, mind and spirit.  Students are encouraged to practice a variety of classes for optimal health and wellbeing at least three days a week.  

True North Yoga offers a few online class options, please join 10-15 minutes before class time to be sure you can access the online link. 

In order to help manage the limited in-studio class size, a drop-in rate of $18/class will be charged for no-shows or cancellations of in-studio classes.
