Enjoy complimentary guided Yoga Nidra Meditations with Naomi, True North Yoga Studio Owner. Yoga Nidra Meditation is a life changing practice that meets the individual where they’re at today. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that weaves in the bodies organic ability to relax and open. When practiced three times per week students can begin to sense a shift in their everyday life within 1 month (12 yoga nidra sessions).

Yoga Nidra Meditation is practiced in “shavasana” or a lying down position on the back. Find a warm, comfortable place to relax without interruptions. To prepare use a blanket, wear socks, a pillow under the head and something over the eyes – then just listen to the meditation of your choice.   We wish you good health and happiness.
