NO-SHOW & LATE CANCELLATION POLICY

Important Waitlist & Check-In Policy for Fall/Winter Classes

As we enter the busy Fall/Winter season, classes tend to fill up quickly. If a class is full, please join the waitlist and be prepared to attend. We actively manage the waitlist and will release spots to the best of our ability.

Important:
If you have not checked in at least 2 minutes before the class start time, your spot may be given to another student on the waitlist. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We look forward to seeing you in class!

Students must cancel class 1 hour or more prior to class start time in order to unreserve your spot and return it to your account. If you do not show up to class and do not cancel, your class will still be deducted from your account.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We do not offer refunds on any Single Classes, Class Packages, Unlimited Memberships, Workshops, Teacher Training programs, apparel and merchandise.
