What You’ll Explore

• Awakened Vinyasa Methodology
Learn intelligent sequencing, creative transitions, and the energetic principles that make Vinyasa both artful and accessible. You’ll gain the tools to design classes that feel purposeful, fluid, and energetically
balanced.

• Embodied Anatomy & Alignment
Understand the body from a functional, intuitive, and movement-based perspective—so you can teach with confidence and clarity. These teachings empower you to see bodies as dynamic and unique, rather than fitting into a one-size-fits-all model.

• Pranayama, Meditation & Subtle Energy
Experience the impact of breath work, mindfulness, and energetic awareness on your practice and your life. These practices help cultivate inner steadiness, emotional regulation, and an expanded sense of presence.

• Philosophy & Inner Work
Dive into yoga’s wisdom and traditions with practical, modern insight that helps you cultivate presence, compassion, and purpose. Through thoughtful discussion and guided reflection, you’ll explore how these teachings can support you both on and off the mat.

• Teaching Techniques & Leadership Skills
Discover your authentic voice, learn hands-on assists, cue with intention, and hold space with integrity. You’ll practice teaching regularly so you can build confidence, embody your learning, and step forward as a grounded leader.

• Personal Transformation
Through journaling, reflection, and community connection, you’ll be guided toward deeper self-understanding and embodied growth. This inner work becomes a powerful anchor, helping you integrate your insights into everyday life long after the training ends.

Naomi was one of my primary teachers through the course of my 200-hour yoga teacher training. It was such a joy learning about yoga from someone who is so knowledgeable and so clearly passionate about teaching. She was so supportive of me in my time learning with her, and I so appreciated how humble and relatable she was. I never felt like I couldn’t ask questions, or be myself around her. A truly gifted teacher.

Patti C.

As a long-time student of yoga, Naomi was a guiding light in my journey to the next level. Under Naomi’s personalized mentorship, I completed the 220-hr yoga teacher training.  Her success in mentoring and community building comes from years of experience, book knowledge, practical application, and ethical leadership. I would highly recommend her as a teacher and mentor, or to organizations offering client education and wellness programs

I am honored to have been a student of Naomi’s while obtaining my 200 hour YTT certification, as well as a Restorative Yoga certification. Naomi has an incredible way of sharing her vast yoga knowledge with humility and humor. Always welcoming, Naomi exudes warmth and comfort to all who attend a class or training with her. Naomi is one of those rare individuals who instantly puts you at ease with her down-to-earth spirit and ability to make connections with all of whom she encounters.

Kacie S.

Naomi shares her passion for people as well as her deep appreciation for the whole- person yoga practice. Under her example, I began to experience yoga beyond the asana, beyond the ego. Her mentorship continues to facilitate relationships with other students/teachers of yoga even after the training period & time together in the studio. She is the real deal- inspiring, connected, vibrant.

Sally T.

If you are wanting to deepen your yoga practice or hone in on your teaching abilities, look no further. You are in excellent hands with Naomi. She will not only open your mind to yoga philosophy, but she provides an educational, nurturing and safe environment with no ego. All her lessons are taught with the highest integrity and reverence. I recommend Naomi wholeheartedly.

Naomi has been a guiding light in my yoga journey and life beyond. I was immediately intrigued by her passionate devotion to the practice and how this had deeply affected her emotional and spiritual life. This connection is apparent in her asana classes, where she weaves her story in movement with humor and vulnerability. As a mentor, Naomi helped me to see past my own blockages and limiting beliefs. Her honest observations and creative vision helped me to manifest the life she saw was possible for me that I was not yet willing to see for myself. Thank you for being the teacher that you are.

Sam L.

Naomi is truly one of the most genuine people I have ever met. Anytime I needed help with mentoring(or anything really), she would make time to help me. I feel honored to know such a huge hearted, kind, and knowledgeable soul.  She’s one of the good ones.

Casee H.

When I began my yoga teacher training, I had no intention of teaching.  I really just wanted to deepen my personal yoga practice.  Naomi changed my mind about teaching. As a great mentor and guide, she has the ability to see the possibilities and help students reach their ultimate potential.  Naomi weaves her vast knowledge of asana, yoga philosophy, breathwork and meditation into all her teachings.  She cultivates a community of trust and gratitude. So grateful to Naomi for all her support as I continue along my journey. ???

Terry H.

Naomi was an exceptional mentor during my yoga teacher training program. She was devoted to learning about my unique passions and interests, and in helping me make them a reality. I remember starting a mentoring meeting by discussing my dedication to adolescent wellbeing, and walking out with a plan to bring yoga to teens in the community. Naomi does a fantastic job of balancing organization and structure with genuine warmth and support. My many, many thanks go out to her!

Sophie S.

There is an openness about you that allows me to go deeper into my practice creating less duality within myself and those around me.  You are a light in the room that shines all around you.  Thank you for ALL you share.

Megan C.

I’m grateful to have my path intertwined with Naomi Jones. Naomi has taught me well beyond the asanas. She’s taught me how to teach, how to reflect, how to believe in myself and my abilities. Most of all, Naomi has taught me how to pivot, all while laughing and enjoying the fullness of life. I consider Naomi a mentor and now, a friend.

Robbie M.

Meeting Naomi Jones at my 200 hr teacher training was an unexpected blessing for my journey through life. Her presence is very inviting, fun, and genuine in essence. In a yoga setting she shines bright and holds a space for everyone else to do the same. When she is in town, just count me 100% in for my much-needed Yogi adventures.
