Kristin’s intention is to guide you in unlocking your true potential as a teacher and as a person, fostering a deep connection to yourself and to others through the transformative power of yoga. This training is open to all levels, whether you’re an experienced practitioner or just beginning your journey.
Program Highlights

- Asana Practice:
Deepen your understanding of yoga postures, alignment, and modifications through Kristin’s signature Inner Light Outer Strength Vinyasa class. This foundational class will equip you with the tools to create a balanced and effective teaching practice, emphasizing both physical strength and inner awareness. - Anatomy & Physiology:
Gain a comprehensive understanding of human anatomy and how it relates to yoga. This module emphasizes safe and sustainable practices in asana. - Yoga Philosophy & Ethics:
Explore the rich, transformative teachings of classical yoga through foundational texts such as the Yoga Sutras and the Bhagavad Gita. Kristin will guide you in integrating yoga philosophy into your personal practice and teaching, while emphasizing ethical practices to help you teach with authenticity, integrity, and compassion. - Ayurveda:
Learn how to nourish and balance the body and mind through the ancient science of Ayurveda. - Teaching Methodology:
Develop the practical tools you need to teach yoga with confidence. Learn how to structure classes, address the unique needs of your students, and communicate with clarity and compassion. This section will help you cultivate your authentic teaching voice and empower you to create classes that inspire and guide students toward their own inner light. - Practicum:
Gain invaluable teaching experience in the Practicum portion of the training. You will have the opportunity to teach real yoga classes, refine your teaching techniques, and practice working with students in a supportive, nurturing environment. - Meditation & Pranayama:
Integrate breathwork and meditation techniques into your teaching toolkit. This module will deepen your personal practice while teaching you how to use breath and meditation as transformative tools in your classes. Learn how to guide students to cultivate a deeper connection with themselves and their practice. - Community & Support:
Join a supportive, inclusive community of like-minded individuals who are all committed to personal and collective growth. This program provides ongoing mentorship and support to ensure you feel encouraged and empowered throughout the training. - April 11-13: Vinyasa Practice & Teaching
- April 18-20: Ayurveda & Vinyasa
- April 25-27: Anatomy and Physiology
- May 2-4: Vinyasa & Subtle Anatomy
- May 9-11: Teaching Skills, Arm Balances/Inversions
- May 16-18: Sequencing Vinyasa Classes
- June 7-9: Business of Yoga and Graduation

Upon successful completion of the program, you will receive a 200-Hour Certification recognized by Yoga Alliance, enabling you to teach yoga professionally. This program is an immersive and transformative journey that will empower you to share the life-changing practice of yoga with others.
