Nicole Force

With a focus on slow flow yoga, Nicole Force compassionately guides students through yoga flows with a thematic focus. Coming from a background in writing, she occasionally incorporates writing or computer-related physical considerations into her teaching. Nicole has practiced many different styles of yoga including Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, Nosara, Iyengar, and others for over 15 years for fitness, stress reduction, wellness, physical therapy, and inner healing. She is a life-long learner who believes that the knowledge and practice of yoga provides something helpful to everyone.
