Inspired by the benefits of yoga in her own practice, Ashli completed her 200 hr YTT in 2006 in Denver, Colorado and has since completed various trainings and workshops in restorative yoga, guided meditation, and advanced vinyasa. Her classes cater to every skill level creating a supportive and compassionate environment for all abilities. Proper alignment and marrying breath with movement are two components she enthusiastically emphasizes in her flows. Ashli encourages students to apply what they learn on their mat into their outside lives as her yoga practice has made a valuable impact on her physically, mentally, and spiritually. Also a Certified Health & Well-being Coach, she specializes in pregnancy health coaching and believes that yoga is a beautiful way to prepare expecting mothers for labor and delivery and enhance the womb environment.
