Anne Anderson

Anne has been a student of yoga 20+ years and a teacher for 6.  She has completed 700+ hours of training including in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Adaptive, Meditation, Ayurveda, and with specialty populations including elders, trauma, children, and pre & postnatal.  My teaching style is informed by clear instructions and accessible poses with the desire to share yoga with ALL BODIES.  Learn more about Anne at fera wellness.
